Meet the Chef:
I graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with a B.S. Degree in Political Science. After many years in sales I went back to college. I attended Newbury College Executive Culinary Arts Program in Brookline, Massachusetts.
I honed my culinary skills while working with a local Boston caterer and and working at a 4 star hotel in the Boston area as a Banquet Chef. Later, I worked for Sysco, a food service distributor, as a Sales Associate.
In 2002 my family relocated to St. Augustine where I currently reside with my wife of 16 years, my 11 year old son, and 3 year old daughter.
I enjoy all sports, working out, and collecting sports cards and coins.
My venture as a Personal Chef combines my love of being creative with food with being my own boss. Always expect the highest level of quality and professionalism!
